When we refinanced the house (4.75% holla!!!) we also had our house appraised. It seems like we’ve done a lot since we’ve moved in, but sitting in our living room we were trying to come up with the things that would add value; “Refinished the hard wood floors downstairs…Light fixtures…” We (ahem, Tommy) has done a lot to the house, but we still have big plans for the house. Currently it is the kitchen, (Dishwasher, countertops, new fridge aka ice machine) and our main floor bathroom.
Last night Tommy brought home a claw footed bathtub, this is my dream come true. This is the selling point that put me on board with buying this house; Tommy promising me a claw footed bath tub. I am so utterly excited and thankful.
